Personally, I prefer the first as it teaches you many basic life lessons which you would think would come naturally to most. Influence isn’t free, it is earned and Dale Carnegie’s book teaches us how we can build on that simply.

The Autobiography of Nelson Mandela is an unconventional leadership book. What I mean by this is that it is not one that you would automatically assume would give you outright leadership guidance. I am a huge fan on Simon Sinek’s book, Start with Why. People need to know why they are doing what they do and Sinek’s writing explains the importance of this and how we can implement it into our lives, something which I do daily!
