We are all looking for that one thing that makes us happy, that one secret. In all…

Your mental well-being is probably the most important aspect that you need to look after. Building my mental resilience over the years really helped me grow and look after my mental well-being. There is however, no definition for mental resilience. Therefore, to better serve and help others, here is my definition, one that has helped me over the years:

“It is how adaptable you are in challenging situations whilst maintaining a stable mental well-being”. I also call this your “mental elasticity”; how far you can be pushed and bring yourself back to a state of mental well-being.
