So it’s a good day, your feeling positive and you arrive to work on a Monday. The first thing you hear is, “it’s only 4 more sleeps till Friday”. “Another day in paradise”. “Ugh, I can’t be bothered today”. Negative energy is the not only the first thing you receive when you arrive to work, but it the same thing you receive all day long and by the end of the day your beat down, tired and fed up. You then go home and unload all of that negativity onto your loved one which creates bigger problems. You’re not alone. I’ve been in that exact same situation and overcame it.
In the video below I will share with you how I did and I know it’ll help you. I shared this with a colleague and they told me that for the first time in years, he went home happy and his wife said, “This is the first time I can remember you being happy after work!” Talk about powerful.
